At BNKRPT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your item(s), we offer a hassle-free 14-day return policy. Please review the terms and conditions below to ensure your return is processed smoothly.

Eligibility for Returns

1. Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the delivery date as indicated by the tracking information.
2. Items must be in their original condition, unwashed, unworn, and free of any signs of use, damage, or alterations.
3. All original tags, packaging, and accessories (if applicable) must be intact.
4. Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
3. Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging (or equivalent) to prevent damage during transit.

Return Shipping

1. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
2. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
3. BNKRPT is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds

1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
3. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

1. We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

1. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include photos of the issue along with your order number.
2. We will cover the return shipping cost and provide a replacement or refund.
