BNKRPT was created in the small town of Johnstown, Pennsylvania by Matt Russo and Mike Spinos — two entrepreneurs driven by an undeniable need to create, no matter the circumstances.

For us, creation has always meant freedom. Freedom to express ideas, to build something from nothing, and to connect with others who feel the same pull toward their passions. BNKRPT became the name we united under a shared belief system more than just a brand.
